How to order

1. Select your Size and Orientation.

2. Select your Design Service:

   • Print Ready: Choose this if you have a completed design ready to go.

   • Design from Scratch: Choose this if you need our team to build the layout for you using your assets (logos, text, etc.).

3. Submit your Brief: After checkout, reply to your order confirmation with your files and a detailed description of your requirements.

Design & Artwork Requirements

1. Submitting Print-Ready Artwork

• Preferred Format: Single print-ready PDF.

• Quality: Must contain high-resolution images (300dpi) and vector graphics.

• Bleed: Please include a 2mm bleed around the entire design area to ensure perfect trimming.

• Minor Edits: We can perform small tweaks if the file structure allows.

2. Requesting Design from Scratch

• Assets: Please supply all high-resolution logos (.ai, .eps, or .pdf preferred) and photos.

• Instructions: Provide clear, detailed instructions. To ensure a fast turnaround, please specify exactly what you want the sign to look like.

• Lead Time: Design from scratch involves a proofing round (sent via PDF). This takes longer than standard orders, please allow extra time in your event planning.
